Katrina “Kat” Jensen, a disaster specialist for the Department of Homeland Security, is chosen to lead a team tasked with stopping
what scientists and the media are calling the 6th great extinction event. A series of natural disasters linked to environmental degradation and climate change are occurring around the world at an alarming rate. Kat soon realizes that there may be a human element to these “natural” disasters. Gradually, whispers of a more sinister agenda cause her to question what, or who, is behind them.
